The Green Monster

 

This drink started from a the idea of a collegue, I then took it and deconstructed it and rebuilt it. Started off as a simple Tanqueray Rangpur and Chartreuse Sour but I made it so much more! After a few drinks with my friend Steve we finally made the recipe below!

 

25ml Tanqueray Rangpur

15ml Chartreuse Green

15ml Bols Natural Yoghurt

25ml Lime Juice

1 Egg White

2 Dash The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

 

Glass: Coup

Method: Dry & Wet Shake

Ice: None

Garnish: Dill Sprig

Eastern Paradise

This was my Gabrial Boudier Liqueur Wizard 2015 cocktail. I was luck enough to win the London heat for this drink and will be flying out to Dijon in January with them. For the UK finals. I'll keep you all updated, but the jist of the comp was to create your own liqueur and a cocktail to match. I made a Kaffir Lime Liquer which the idea was from my friend Victora (who still wont let it go) Below is my winning entry. (Sorry about the poor quality photo it's the only one from the day and the lighting was horrible....)

25ml Tanqueray Rangpur

35ml Homemade Kaffir Lime Liqueur

35ml Lychee Juice

25ml AloeVera Water

1 Dash The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

1 Egg White

 

Glass: Short

Method: Dry & Wet Shake

Ice: None

Garnish: Kaffir Lime Leaf
