Meloncello, 15%

So me and my girlfriend make this and we love it.


We got the idea from a restaurant in Brighton. We had a great night and she introduced me to Meloncello, I'd made liqueurs before and was sure I could make something similar.

Time to make:



1 Cantaloupe Melon

250g Sugar

500ml Vodka 40%

830ml High Quality Water


1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until nice and smooth

2. Strain all ingredients with muslin being careful to squeeze all the juice out of the pulp

3. Put in the freezer for 30minutes and enjoy icey cold!
